Turnkey

Within INTOS we work in a team, both with the various INTOS project teams that focus on the furniture and with the subcontractors. The short mutual communication lines contribute to an efficient integrated project process. There is always one point of contact who is ultimately responsible for the entire project.

As a main contractor, we regularly work with project management agencies. We take care of a turnkey project and unburden them by taking on the full coordination of subcontractors, side contractors and executive deliveries. We guarantee the planning and monitor the budget by developing the various components in a cost-conscious manner.
