Reengineer, create and install 34 Oval check-in counters
Three years ago, well before the actual reconstruction of the international airport of Dubrovnik, Čilipi Airport, the airport facility manager expressed his preference for the Oval counter during a visit at INTOS. Therefore the typical INTOS check-in counter is included in the current plan of the new check-in hall at Dubrovnik Airport.
INTOS has been asked to provide 34 check-in counters in 10 weeks time. As usual at airports, Dubrovnik Airport has it own setup in the check-in area. There was less space available than the areas in which the Oval counter has been placed before. Therefore after the commission, INTOS immediately started reengineering a smaller version of the Oval. After the project started it appeared that 8 of the 34 counters had to be delivered in 5 weeks time instead of 10 weeks. INTOS speeded up the production process successfully. All counters are delivered on time and give the new check-in hall a smooth look!
